Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Who organizes the trip
The trip is organized and sold by Bridges for Hope LLC d/b/a Fierce Leadership Adventures (the "Organizer"). Contact: fierceleadershipadventures@gmail.com. Your booking contract is with the Organizer.
Payments are processed by Stripe on the Organizer's own Stripe account. OneLoop built and hosts this website for the Organizer. OneLoop does not sell the trip, is not the expedition operator, does not receive your payment, and is not an insurer.
2. The trip and what is included
Baja: Ride Beyond Your Edge runs December 3–10, 2026, in Baja California Sur, Mexico. It begins in Loreto and ends in San Javier, with a transfer back to Loreto or the airport on December 10.
On the morning of December 3 there is an optional Sea of Cortez excursion and private beach day, included at no extra charge. To join it, fly into Loreto on December 2. The optional December 2 night in Loreto is included. The excursion is optional and is not required to join the trip. Wildlife sightings, including dolphins, are never guaranteed.
The trip includes horse preparation and practice at San Juanico Beach; four days in the saddle, fully guided by experienced local horsemen with expedition support, from La Purísima through Comondú to San Javier; historic mission experiences; the Fear-to-Fierce™ leadership program and fireside facilitation; lodging in Loreto, Comondú and San Javier; meals; and in-trip transportation as listed on the trip page. On camping nights along the route you bring your own tent.
Not included: flights to and from Loreto, travel insurance, your tent, a small sleeping bag for bedding in your tent, your day-to-day essentials (such as shampoo and soap), and anything not expressly listed on the trip page. Review the itinerary and inclusions before booking, and ask the Organizer about anything unclear.
The trip has seven spots available, five of which can be booked online. Your reservation is confirmed only after your payment is successfully processed.
3. Price, payment and confirmation
All prices are in US dollars, per person. Choose one payment plan:
- Pay in full: $5,967 at booking.
- Two payments: a $2,997 deposit at booking, plus a final payment of $3,220 due by November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. The two-payment plan totals $6,217, which is $250 more than paying in full.
Your place is confirmed when your first payment succeeds. You'll receive a Stripe payment receipt and a booking confirmation from the Organizer. An abandoned or failed checkout does not hold a place.
Final payment (two-payment plan): the Organizer will send you a secure payment link for the $3,220 before it's due. Your card is not charged automatically. You pay it yourself through that link. You're responsible for paying on time even if a reminder doesn't reach you, so contact the Organizer if you haven't received the link by November 8.
If the final payment isn't made by the deadline, the Organizer will contact you in writing. The Organizer may cancel your booking, and section 4 then applies.
4. Cancellations, refunds and transfers
If you cancel, for any reason: payments are not refunded. This applies whatever the reason, including illness, injury, travel problems or a change of plans. That's why travel insurance is required (section 5): it is how you recover your costs if you have to cancel. Cancellation requests must be sent to the Organizer in writing at fierceleadershipadventures@gmail.com.
Two-payment plan, cancelling before the final payment:
- If you cancel in writing by the cancellation deadline of November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time, you have no further obligation. Your $2,997 deposit is not refunded, and you do not owe the $3,220 final payment.
- If you cancel after the November 1 cancellation deadline, the $3,220 final payment is still owed by November 15, 2026. The Organizer will send a payment link for it. Your card is never charged automatically.
Transfers: you may ask to transfer your place to someone else, in writing, until November 15, 2026. Transfers need the Organizer's approval. The new rider must meet the eligibility and insurance requirements, accept these terms and sign the pre-trip release. There is no transfer fee from the Organizer. Any unavoidable supplier charge will be disclosed to you and needs your approval before the transfer. The new rider takes over any balance still owed.
If the Organizer cancels the trip: you receive a full refund of the trip payments you made. The Organizer is not responsible for flights or other costs you arranged separately, except where the law requires otherwise. Travel insurance is bought directly from the insurer and is not refunded by the Organizer.
If events beyond anyone's reasonable control prevent or materially change the trip (for example severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public-health events or supplier closures): the Organizer will offer you a choice of a new date, a credit toward a future trip, or a refund of your payments less unrecoverable costs already committed for your place. The Organizer will itemize those costs, and won't count any cost twice. Travel insurance may cover some losses; your insurer decides coverage.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. These terms don't take away any consumer rights or card-dispute rights that the law gives you and that can't be waived.
5. Required travel insurance
You must buy travel insurance from Allianz covering this trip, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical care and medical evacuation (for example, Allianz OneTrip Prime or OneTrip Premier). Buy it as soon as you book, so you are covered if you are unable to go. Send proof to the Organizer within 7 days of booking. You can't join the expedition without it. Confirm with Allianz that your policy covers horseback riding, remote travel, Mexico, your dates and your circumstances.
You choose and buy your own policy and are responsible for its limits and exclusions. The Organizer and OneLoop don't sell insurance or decide claims.
6. Risk acknowledgement and separate pre-trip release
Horseback riding, outdoor activities, camping and travel in remote areas involve risks, including falls, animal behavior, difficult terrain, weather, heat, limited access to medical care, serious injury and death. You accept these risks, agree to follow the guides' safety instructions, and decide for yourself whether to take part.
Before the trip you must sign a separate Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk from the Organizer. Local outfitters may also require additional documentation. You can't ride without them. Agreeing to these terms at payment is not a signature on that release. Nothing here limits rights that can't lawfully be limited.
7. Eligibility, health and rider suitability
Riders must be at least 18. No riding experience is needed, but you must be able to ride for several hours a day for four days and to sleep some nights in a tent.
Before booking, contact the Organizer about any concerns over fitness, riding suitability or anything that could affect your participation. Disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and dietary needs privately to the Organizer, and bring any medication you need. Guides may limit or stop an activity for safety.
8. Travel documents, arrival and conduct
You're responsible for a valid passport and any entry requirements, and for getting to Loreto on time. Tell the Organizer promptly if travel problems may affect your arrival. Losses from travel you arranged yourself fall under your own bookings and insurance.
Treat other riders, guides, animals and local communities with respect, and follow safety instructions. The Organizer may stop someone from taking part where reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct, and will explain any such decision in writing. No refund is due in that case.
9. Itinerary changes
Routes, timing, lodging and activities may change due to weather, animal welfare, safety or local conditions. The Organizer will look for reasonable alternatives that keep the trip's purpose and will communicate about material changes. If the trip is cancelled or substantially disrupted, section 4 applies.
10. Photos and privacy
Tell the Organizer in writing before departure if you don't want your identifiable image used in promotional materials.
Your information is used for your booking, payments, safety, insurance and trip coordination. It's shared with suppliers only as needed to run the trip. Stripe processes your payment details; the Organizer and OneLoop never see your full card number.
11. Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by Texas law, to the extent the law allows. Mandatory protections where you live or at the destination still apply. There is no arbitration requirement. Questions before booking go to fierceleadershipadventures@gmail.com.
12. What you agree to at payment
When you click "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including:
- the payment plan you chose and the November 15, 2026 final-payment deadline;
- the no-refund cancellation policy, including the November 1 cancellation deadline for the two-payment plan;
- the requirement to buy Allianz travel insurance as soon as you book and send proof within 7 days of booking; and
- the risks described in section 6, and the requirement to sign the separate pre-trip release before riding.
